Flexible sessions are available virtually or in-person to support teens navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, academic pressure, and relationship challenges. Therapy emphasizes building resilience and self-understanding during a critical time of growth.
Virtual sessions tailored to support adults through life transitions, post-secondary demands, career uncertainty, relationship dynamics, and stress management.
I hold a small number of in-person therapy appointments for children aged 7-12. Therapy supports emotional regulation, anxiety management, and self-understanding through relational, and developmentally appropriate approaches.
I offer in-person and virtual therapy for teenagers who are navigating the emotional, social, and academic challenges that often arise during adolescence. Sessions are structured to feel both safe and productive - creating space to explore stress, anxiety, identity, friendships, family dynamics, or school-related pressures with support and a goal-focused lens.
Many of the teens I work with are emotionally mature for their age and deeply feeling - they are often reflective, internal processors who benefit from a therapeutic relationship that values their insights and emotional depth. Others may be managing high expectations from themselves or others, such as teens involved in competitive academics or athletics.
Using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as CBT and emotion-focused work, I help teens build emotional awareness, coping tools, and confidence in navigating their world. Parental collaboration is offered when helpful, while still respecting the growing independence and privacy of teen clients.
Virtual therapy sessions for adults are designed to support the evolving challenges and questions that often define the twenties. This stage of life can be full of change- shifting goals, new environments, growing independence, and the pressure to “figure things out.” Whether navigating career uncertainty, adjusting to university, or exploring identity, relationships, and values, therapy offers a steady space to reflect, regroup, and grow.
Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, driven, and often managing high expectations- either internally or from others. This may include high-achievers navigating career and burnout, student athletes balancing performance and wellbeing, or those who find themselves in a period of reassessing what matters most.
Sessions are grounded in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and emotion-focused work, and are tailored to support meaningful insight, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience. Common areas of focus include academic or career stress, goal setting, identity development, relationships, boundary-setting, and coping with anxiety or uncertainty.
In a time of life that often feels in-between, therapy can help bring clarity to what’s shifting- and confidence in what’s next.
I reserve a small number of in-person therapy appointments for children aged 7-12. This work supports emotional regulation, anxiety management, and self-understanding through relational, and developmentally appropriate approaches. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet each child where they are - often incorporating games, creative expression and strategic skill-building to help make complex emotions feel more manageable and accessible.
I especially enjoy working with deeply feeling children- those who experience the world with emotional depth, empathy, and sensitivity. These children often show remarkable insight and care for others, but may also feel emotions like sadness, anxiety, or overwhelm more intensely than their peers.
In therapy, I focus on helping these children build a stronger emotional vocabulary and develop tools for navigating big feelings with greater confidence. Through play-based, developmentally appropriate interventions, sessions provide a supportive space to explore emotions, practice coping strategies, and strengthen self-understanding. The goal is to help children feel more grounded in themselves- both at home and in their social world.
